Firstly, you need to ensure that you have an available balance that is sufficient for your Hello Visa card to cover the amount of the transaction in store, and that you are using the right PIN.

If you are not sure, do not hesitate to download the Hello mobile app to know your balances and to view your PIN if you forgot it.

In either case, if you have the necessary balance for the transaction and the right PIN, pay using another method of payment, keep the transaction receipt and contact our customer service to get a refund in your Open Wallet.
