It refers to the funds you have loaded on your Hello card and/or value of the rewards deposited into your My Cash account. All funds in that account are available to be used at any merchant who accepts Visa* (some conditions apply, please consult the Cardholder Agreement for more details). 

You can always view the balance of your My Cash account at www.espacehello.ca or on the Hello mobile app. You need the mobile application to load funds in that account.
