If you don't have a Hello card when you activate your voucher, you will get an indication to proceed with the request for your Hello card and you will receive it by post within 7 to 10 business days. If you already have a Hello card, the voucher will be deposited instantly on your Hello card for immediate use in eligible businesses. The Hello card is reloadable, once you have your Hello card, any balance obtained from a voucher or an offer purchased online is deposited on your card.
