Activating a voucher on the Hello platform is very simple. You must have obtained an activation code that you will need to provide:

1 - Go to the web page associated with your voucher.

2 - If you don't have a Hello account, you will need to create one.

3 - Enter your activation code.

4 - If you do not yet have a reloadable Hello card, instructions will be displayed so that you can obtain your card. You will get it in the mail within 7-10 business days.

5 - If you already have a Hello card, the balance will be deposited on your Hello card and you can use it immediately in store.
