The amounts paid for offers do not expire, compliant to the Quebec laws. However, note that:
the bonus amount expires at a given moment after the offer's purchase date (displayed on the offer);
the amount paid will be remitted in your My Cash account (Open Wallet) on your Hello Visa* card a certain time after the offer's purchase (displayed on the offer) date and becomes subject to the conditions of the Open Wallet which is outlined in the Cardholder Agreement of your Hello Visa card (except offers indicated as a "Finale sale").
Note, that it is not possible to receive a refund from an offer purchased unless we cannot issue you a Hello Visa card.
