All balances obtained are deposited on your Hello Visa* card. After having received your first balance, you should have been redirected to the Hello Visa Card application form. The card is then mailed out to you in the 7-10 business days from the request.

Once your Hello Visa card in hand, and activated, you can go to the participating merchants and pay for your purchases in store using your Hello Visa card, like you would any other usual credit card.

Your card is reloadable, all of your balances that you will obtain in the future will be deposited onto the same card instantly. Keep it close and do not throw it out!

Note that the Hello Visa card is a reloadable prepaid card. It is not a credit card; apply for it nor using it will affect your credit score.
