During the application process for the card, the personal information you submit to us are verified by an identity verification partner. 

If your personal information cannot be adequately verified, we will request that you send us one or two PDF documents which will allow us to confirm your identity, complying to the government requirements (FINTRAC). 

Once your documents have been received we will review them within 2-4 business days.
